A photographer, Dheera Venkatraman, decided to travel in time. He searched some old scenes of China from various books and websites and then tried to re-shoot each photo from the same angle and focal length as nearly as possible.

It’s fascinating to see how old things got modified with humans’ stupendous effort, and from here, we can also conclude how powerful China’s economy has become. The tremendous growth of this country within a decade is a worth watch.
